Terms of Service

Effective October 22, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Replatform Live and purchases made through its payment links. The site and services are offered by Athena Live LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Athena Live,” “we,” or “us”). The checkout review page asks you to accept these Terms before continuing to Stripe. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

Website and service information

Replatform Live is a catalog of application migration planning, engineering, and support options. Its descriptions and starting prices are general information, not a guarantee that a particular migration, security result, schedule, or technology choice is suitable for your project. The website itself does not perform scans, migrations, or project tracking. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any organization you represent.

Purchases, scope, and project start

Stripe hosts checkout. The amount and billing cadence shown on its payment page control the charge you authorize. Plans marked “From” charge the published starting amount now, not a final project price. A purchase does not reserve a start date or authorize additional charges. We will confirm scope, deliverables, responsibilities, schedule, and any further price in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or other agreement before additional work or charges. If that signed agreement conflicts with these Terms on project delivery, it controls for that project.

Migration Blueprint is an assessment and plan, not an implementation commitment. Free Migration Scan and Enterprise Portfolio do not have online checkout; contact us to discuss availability or a quote. Work outside agreed scope, third-party licenses, hosting, cloud usage, and applicable taxes may cost extra only as disclosed and agreed.

Refunds and cancellation

If we decline a paid request, or if we cannot agree on a written scope and start within 30 days of payment, you may request a full refund of that unstarted service by emailing info@athena.live. Once agreed work has begun, refunds for unperformed work are handled under the written project agreement and applicable law. We will not charge for additional work without your authorization. Payment processor timing may affect when an approved refund appears.

Post-Migration Care is a recurring monthly subscription at the amount shown in Stripe checkout. To cancel future renewals, email info@athena.live before your next billing date. We will confirm cancellation; service continues through the paid period unless a separate agreement says otherwise. We do not provide prorated refunds for a period already started except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate project information and for having the rights to share any code, content, credentials, or data you provide. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive data through ordinary email. Access, security requirements, backups, testing, approvals, and third-party licenses are allocated in the written project agreement. You remain responsible for your own business decisions and final acceptance of deliverables.

Intellectual property and third parties

The website’s text, design, and branding belong to Athena Live or its licensors. Your pre-existing materials remain yours. Ownership and licenses for project deliverables are set in the written project agreement; no transfer of ownership is implied by a website payment alone. Third-party platforms and payment services, including Stripe, have their own terms and practices.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties relating to the website. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that any migration will eliminate all defects, downtime, security risks, or search-ranking changes. Project-specific warranties and remedies, if any, belong in the written project agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, Athena Live is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the website or these Terms. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim. This limit does not apply where law prohibits it or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Law and disputes

Wyoming law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes under these Terms will be brought in state or federal courts located in Wyoming. Before filing a claim, please email info@athena.live so we can try to resolve the issue.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for future site use and purchases. Changes do not retroactively replace a signed project agreement or change a completed purchase without your agreement where required by law. The effective date above identifies this version.
